Where exactly is Ward 4?

Not quite sure where Ward 4 starts and ends? Have no fear. There is a trusty map on the Newburyport City Clerk's website here. If you are a resident of Ward 4, be sure you're registered to vote. The last day to register is September 9, 2023 at City Hall. 

Want to vote early and get it out of the way? Here are the details on how to do that. 

• Preliminary Election for School Committee (All Wards) and Councilor - Ward 4.
  • Early Voting in Person at the Senior/Community Center, 331 High St on the following dates:
    • Wednesday, September 13th 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
    • Thursday, September 14th 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
    • Friday, September 15th  8:30 - 11:30 am
