 My name is Ben Harman and I am honored to represent Ward 4 on the City Council. I love Newburyport and I am grateful for the trust you've placed in me by electing me to this position. 
 
I am enthusiastic about serving our community and I am deeply committed to working to address the needs and concerns that matter most to you. In the current term, I serve on the Community Services and Budget & Finance committees. I can be reached at bharman@cityofnewburyport.com.
